Description: Middle Tennessee Mental Health Institute is a psychiatric hospital with onsite emergency services for young adults, adults, and seniors. Inpatient services are provided for patients who are not typically served by the private service sector and have no other inpatient treatment resources available to them. Most patients have a severe and persistent mental illness and are hospitalized on an emergency, involuntary basis. The hospital is an authorized provider under TennCare.

Description: This clinic provides 24-hour mobile crisis stabilization and outpatient care for adults and children who have been diagnosed with mental health needs. Crisis services include triage, intervention, evaluation/referral for additional treatment, and follow-up services. Clinic services include psychiatric evaluation and medication, therapy, telehealth, addiction recovery programs, child and adult case management, and VA military evaluations. Programs are available to Tennessee residents regardless of insurance coverage.
